Marcha’s work includes advising local governments and local and international clients such as large project development companies, on various matters related to general public law. She guides clients through every stage of a transaction, creating the most effective solution for each given concern.
Her specialisms include general administrative law, planning and zoning, environmental law, expropriation, governmental liability, public access to government documents, aviation and public transport. Furthermore, she is an expert on sustainable energy projects.
Marcha is a member of the area development committee of Curaçao (‘EOP-committee’) and member of the committee responsible for the new legislation with regard to land development and spatial planning in Curaçao (‘EROC-committee’).
Marcha’s academic credentials include a Master of Laws in constitutional and administrative law and a post graduate course in spatial planning and environmental law from the prestigious Grotius Academy.
